How much does a website cost for a small business?
At Rose Ryder Studio, a single urgent fix (Spot Fix) is a flat $800, credited in full toward a Tune-Up booked within 60 days. A Tune-Up of an existing site — SSL, mobile fixes, schema, metadata, branded email — is a flat $3,500. A full custom rebuild starts at $8,500 and typically lands between $8,500 and $14,000 depending on page count, integrations, and photography. If the upfront number is the barrier, the rebuild is also available as a payment plan — $2,500 down plus $550 a month for twelve months. After launch, a $245-a-month Care Plan keeps the site hosted, monitored, and edited so it never rots again — and you own the site outright, not on a subscription lease. All pricing is published on our services page; there are no discovery-call gates.
How long does a website rebuild take?
Six to ten weeks for a full rebuild, including design, build, content migration, and launch. A Tune-Up of an existing site takes two to three weeks. A single-issue Spot Fix ships in one to three business days.
Do you only work with Philadelphia businesses?
We're based in Philadelphia and know the market block by block, but we work with independent operators anywhere. Most of our published field reports are Philly businesses because that's where we walk past the problems every day — the playbook travels.
What does Google Ads management cost?
Management is a $750-a-month base for a single channel — covering ad spend up to $2,500 a month — plus 15% of spend; multi-channel is a $1,250-a-month base plus 12%. That sits on top of your ad spend. Working ad budgets vary by vertical: restaurants convert at $500–$1,500 a month (Meta-led), major trades like roofing and HVAC at $2,000–$4,000, dental and chiropractic at $1,500–$3,000, and personal-injury law at $5,000–$10,000. Ad spend is billed directly to your card, so the accounts and data are yours.
What's included in the free website audit?
A written document of ten to fifteen pages, delivered within forty-eight hours of submitting your URL: findings ranked by revenue impact across six categories (foundation, conversion, SEO basics, local search, paid acquisition, brand surface), the specific fix for each finding, and a ballpark on what each fix is worth. If your best move is to keep the site you have and spend the budget elsewhere, the audit says that.
Who owns the website, the ad accounts, and the data?
You do. Websites and all deliverables transfer to you fully on final payment. Ad accounts are opened in your name with your card on file — we operate as a manager, not the owner. If we part ways, everything stays with you: site, accounts, pixels, and history.
Do I need a new website, or can mine be fixed?
Usually it can be fixed. If the bones are sound — the domain has history, the business has reviews, the structure is workable — a Tune-Up stops the bleeding for a fraction of a rebuild. We recommend a rebuild only when the fixes would cost more than starting clean: table-based layouts, dead platforms like ColdFusion or Dreamweaver exports, or builders that can't be edited. The free audit tells you which side of that line you're on.
What platforms do you build on?
Modern stacks matched to how you'll actually use the site: Next.js for performance-critical custom builds, WordPress when you want a familiar editor, and integrations with the tools independents already run — Toast, Resy, OpenTable, ChowNow, CallRail, Google Business Profile. No proprietary lock-in; you can always take the site elsewhere.
Will a rebuild hurt my existing Google rankings?
Not if it's done right. Every rebuild ships with a full 301 redirect map — every old URL pointed at its modern equivalent — so decades of SEO equity carry forward instead of resetting. Careless rebuilds without redirect maps are one of the most common ways established businesses lose their rankings overnight.
How do you report results?
In operator language: cost per acquisition, cost per booked job or seated cover, payback period. Paid engagements include conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager, call tracking where phone leads matter, and a monthly dashboard you can read in five minutes. Every number traces back to the source platform.
