Privacy Policy
How we handle your information.
Plain-English version: we collect the minimum needed to do the work, we don’t sell your data, we don’t run a newsletter, and you can ask us to delete anything we have at any time.

Who this policy is from
Rose Ryder Studio (“Rose Ryder,” “we,” or “the studio”), a Philadelphia-based digital studio operating at roseryder.studio. Reach us at hello@roseryder.studio.
What we collect
We collect information in three places:
- Audit form (/audit): your name, email, business URL, industry, and any free-text notes you choose to share. We use these to fulfill the free audit you requested.
- Contact form (/contact): your name, email, business name (optional), message, and whether you marked the request urgent. We use these to reply to your inquiry.
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and request paths, retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention. Hosted on Vercel.
We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party trackers.
How we use your information
Strictly to:
- Deliver the free audit or reply to your inquiry.
- Communicate with you about the work, if you become a client.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do notsell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We don’t maintain a marketing list, and we don’t add you to one without explicit, written consent.
Who we share your information with
Only the service providers required to run the studio:
- Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure for the site.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- ImprovMX — inbound email forwarding for hello@roseryder.studio.
- Vetted partner contractors (designers, photographers, performance-media specialists) only when delivering work to a paying client, and only with information necessary to that work. All partners operate under written confidentiality terms.
We may also disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect rights, property, or safety.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as needed to deliver the work and respond to follow-ups, then archived. Client project records are retained for the term of engagement plus seven years for tax and legal record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- Ask what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent for any optional processing.
Email hello@roseryder.studio with the subject line privacy requestand we’ll respond within 30 days. California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Utah (UCPA) residents have specific statutory rights that we honor; the same email contact applies. EU/UK (GDPR) residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
Children
Rose Ryder Studio is a B2B service. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we’ll delete it immediately.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and rely on the security controls of our service providers (Vercel, Resend, ImprovMX). No system is perfectly secure; we commit to notify you within 72 hours if we ever discover a breach affecting your information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy materially, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after the update means you’ve accepted the new terms.
