Services

Seven ways to work together. Pick the one that maps to where you are.

Plain pricing. No retainer minimums on the one-time work. No setup fees on the twelve-month commit. The tier you start at isn’t a contract for life — operators move up and down as the work demands.

01

Spot Fix

$800 — credited toward a Tune-Up

1–3 business days

When you know exactly what’s broken and just need it fixed. No discovery, no scope debate, no project management overhead. One urgent issue on your existing site, fixed inside a week, paid on completion. The way in for operators who can’t justify a multi-week engagement but can’t keep ignoring the broken thing either.

Scope

  • One issue, fixed end-to-end (pick from the menu below)
  • SSL certificate renewal + HTTPS redirect
  • Mobile responsiveness fix (viewport, fluid layout)
  • Google Business Profile claim + optimization
  • Email deliverability setup (SPF / DKIM / DMARC + branded inbox)
  • Schema markup add (LocalBusiness, Service)
  • Contact form rebuild + working notifications
  • Single landing-page rebuild

Book a Tune-Up within 60 days and the full $800 is credited against it. Multi-issue fixes? Start with the Tune-Up directly.

02

Tune-Up

$3,500 flat

2–3 weeks

When the bones are fine but the surface is bleeding. Your domain has equity, your business has reviews, your Google ranking is intact — but Chrome is flagging your site as insecure, the mobile layout is broken, and your contact form goes to a Hotmail address that nobody checks. One fixed price, one fixed scope, three weeks — the tier most operators start with.

Scope

  • SSL fix and migration to HTTPS
  • Mobile responsiveness (viewport, fluid layouts)
  • Google Business Profile claim, optimize, photo upload
  • Schema markup (LocalBusiness, Organization, Service)
  • Title tags, meta descriptions, h1 cleanup site-wide
  • Copyright year + obvious dated-content fixes
  • Branded email setup (off @aol.com / @comcast.net / @gmail.com)
  • Speed audit + image optimization
  • One round of revisions

03

Rebuild

from $8,500

or $2,500 down + $550/mo × 12

6–10 weeks

When the site is past saving. Dreamweaver exports. GoDaddy drag-and-drop. A 2014 WordPress theme nobody remembers buying. The fixes you’d need to do one-by-one cost more than starting clean — and they still leave you with a site that looks like 2014. Six to ten weeks to a custom build that matches what you actually do.

Scope

  • Everything in Tune-Up
  • Modern stack: Next.js or WordPress on quality hosting
  • 8–15 pages: home, about, services, portfolio, contact, blog
  • Custom design — not a template
  • Conversion-optimized: lead capture, online booking integrations
  • Real photography direction (we spec, recommend a partner photographer)
  • Two rounds of revisions
  • Owner training: 30-minute Loom on how to update content
  • 90 days of post-launch support

04

Care Plan

$245/mo

Month-to-month, 30 days’ notice

When the rebuild is done and you never want the site to rot again. Hosting, plus the small edits that pile up — new hours, a staff photo, a seasonal banner, a menu swap — and uptime and SSL monitoring so a lapsed certificate never scares a customer off. You own the site outright: this isn’t a website lease where the vendor holds the keys and you rent your own homepage. Cancel any time on 30 days’ notice and keep everything.

Scope

  • Managed hosting + SSL renewal handled for you
  • Small content edits — hours, photos, staff, menu items, seasonal banners (fair-use)
  • Uptime + SSL monitoring with alerting
  • Review responses across Google and the platforms that matter
  • Quarterly mini-report: traffic, rankings, what to fix next
  • You own the site and the domain — cancel and keep it all

Fair-use covers the edits a healthy site actually needs, not a redesign by the month. Anything bigger gets quoted as a Spot Fix or a Tune-Up.

05

Rebuild + Paid

from $8,500

+ $750/mo

Rebuild + 90 days managed

When you need calls coming in, not just compliments on the new site. The rebuild ships, then we layer paid acquisition on top — search, Meta, and whichever channels your category actually converts on. Ninety days of active management with weekly optimization, real conversion tracking, and call recording so you can hear the leads. Your card on the ad accounts. Your data, your assets, on day one and day ninety-one.

Scope

  • Everything in Rebuild
  • Paid search build: keyword research, ad copy, landing-page mapping
  • Paid social build on Meta + the platforms that fit your category (LinkedIn for B2B, TikTok for restaurants, programmatic retargeting where ROAS supports it)
  • 90 days of active management: weekly bid optimization, A/B copy testing
  • Conversion tracking via GA4 + Google Tag Manager
  • Call tracking (CallRail) — hear the actual leads coming in
  • Monthly strategy call
  • Ad spend billed direct to your card so you own the data
  • Management: $750/mo base (spend up to $2,500/mo) + 15% of spend; multi-channel $1,250/mo base + 12%

06

Core Retainer

$1,950/mo

Month-to-month, one channel

When one channel is carrying the work and you want it run properly every month without the weight of a full program. One paid channel — search or Meta, whichever your category converts on — a monthly content cadence, and reporting you can actually read. This is the restaurant and trades retainer: enough to compound month over month, priced under the full program.

Scope

  • One paid channel run end to end: search or Meta
  • Monthly content: one SEO-optimized blog or service-page update
  • Conversion tracking via GA4 + Google Tag Manager
  • Monthly performance dashboard
  • Call tracking (CallRail) so you hear the leads coming in
  • Quarterly check-in on what to scale next

Step up to the Full Retainer when you’re running more than one channel and want the rebuild and content program bundled in.

07

Full Retainer

from $3,500/mo

12-month engagement, no setup fee

When the website and the paid program need to be a permanent function, not a one-time push — the tier for practices and firms running a full program, dental, legal, and medical among them. Twelve-month engagement with the first six months committed, no setup fee, the rebuild bundled in. Monthly content, ongoing performance media across the channels that work, quarterly strategy review with the operating team. The closest thing to having a marketing department on staff without the headcount.

Scope

  • Rebuild bundled in (no separate setup fee)
  • Ongoing paid acquisition across search, Meta, and the channels your category converts on
  • Monthly content: 2 SEO-optimized blog or service-page updates
  • Monthly performance dashboard
  • Quarterly strategy review (90 min, in person if local)
  • CRO: A/B testing on landing pages, forms, CTAs
  • Reputation management: review-request automation post-service
  • Priority support — same-day response on issues

Why these prices

Performance media used to be locked behind agency minimums.

The paid-acquisition playbook is not a secret — the mechanics are the same at any budget. What prices independent operators out is agency overhead, not agency craft: retainer floors built for enterprise budgets on one side, and DIY campaigns that burn spend without producing leads on the other.

Rose Ryder runs the program at a fee that an independent operator can actually afford, with the same craft. Same conversion tracking, same weekly optimization, same operator-led strategy. Smaller scale, same discipline.

We didn’t lower the standard. We lowered the price of admission.

Ad spend benchmarks

What working budgets look like, by vertical.

Starting budgets for the paid components — Rebuild + Paid and the retainers. We scale up once the first thirty days of conversion data tells us where the money is paying back. Ad spend goes on your card; the accounts, the pixels, and the data are yours from day one.
